CRAFT magazine featured the Great Depression Cooking with Clara Youtube series today. I’ve finished watching a couple of the episodes, and they are wonderful! Clara is a 93 year old cecilian-american depression survivor who shares her recipes from the Great Depression. She is a very charming host, and the recipes are simple, inexpensive, and inpiring.
