Doctor Who — Children In Need 2007

It’s only 8 minutes, but it’s some of the finest Doctor Who ever.  And of course it is, it’s written by Steven Moffat!

You almost miss the most brilliant joke in that clip.

“Nope, no beard this time. Well… a wife….”

Reminds me, I have your Time Key set still. Quite enjoyed. How was Beowulf after all?

Awesomely awesome. Peter Davison was my second-favourite Doctor (before the new series) and the first I ever saw. I wonder if that was Tennant’s or Moffat’s words when gushing about him at the end.

And Russel Davies said he’d never do a multi doctor episode, though I guess this is just a mini episode.
I’d imagine it’s a bit of Tennant and Moffat gushing about the Davison. Tennant became an actor only because he wanted to be The Doctor.
