How did you keep yourself psyched? I start every other day. Also did you notice any mood swings. I teach. I'm afraid to make the commitment for fear, the tiger will roar.

I was researching different diet plans on the internet and came across your blog. You have given me the inspiration I needed to stick with my Medifast diet. You look like a completely different person!

Thank you

Congratulations on the weight loss... your blog was definitely a key factor in me ordering Medifast. How soon after you placed your order did you receive it? I'm anxious to get the ball rolling!

I ate all kinds of Medifast food, shakes, bars, soups, even the puddings, as well as the "lean and green" meal once per day.

I'm terrible at the transition period and both times I gained ten pounds back pretty much right away, but then kept that off for a long time. Winters are bad for me with me getting out less, exerising less and eating a bit worse and I gain a bit of weight over the winter. It typically goes away again ad I pick back up my road hockey, but that hasn't happened this year so I'm looking around for some other exercise that I'd actually enjoy.

Have you been able to keep the weight off? When you were on Medifast did you eat all of the foods, shakes and bars or shakes only?

You do eat real foods, just once per day. The "lean and green" meal is delicious! My typical meal was a grilled chicken breast and either a can of green beans or some steamed or boiled broccoli. With some low-fat margarine and some spices, it's really, really tasty!

As for the same shorts -- I held on to those specifically for that effect. I strongly suggest anyone doing this does a reveals-all "before" photo and remember where they stood, where the camera was, and what they were wearing. That way when you do your "after" photo you can really compare them.

I love that you took the same type of picture even wearing the same shorts. It helps so much to see. the official reviews always have a bad angle awful "before" picture, then this wonderful glamor shot "after" picture.

You look great, thanks for doing this page it was so much more encouraging than the official type sites.

I just still don't know if I can get past the whole not eating real foods thing, and what if I invest all that money in the program and can't do it...

such a delima... I may just try after seeing your site...
