I may be a huge geek…

but at least I’m now a skinny huge geek.

Ready for X-Men 3!

Down to 173.8 lbs this morning.  3.8 left and I’m at my target weight.  Then I transition out of Medifast and switch to “eat right and exercise” and get back some of the muscle I lost.

    Puck,

Nice work. I started Medifast 10 days ago. I’m down 20 lbs. I can’t believe how well this program works. Have you had any problems with weight gain during or after transition?

    Have a good day!

    Brian

I am starting Medifast and am a health coach. I have a total gym and will use it for not over 10 minutes, with 30 mins of Tony Little’s Gazelle glider. I have been on Jenny Craig for 5 year and only lost 40 lbs-I have 65 to go-that is way too long! I am also attending the convention in Orlando in late July. Congratulations on your success!
