I love living in Canada but thanks to the Internet I do a lot of cross-border shopping. Of course things I purchase have to get up here somehow and many sellers in the US insist on using UPS to get shipments here.
No problem right? They charge me for shipping costs, hand it to UPS and pay them to ship it and it arrives, right?
Wrong. Every time UPS takes a shipment across the border they charge you a “brokerage fee”. This fee is supposed to be based on the value of the shipment but in my experience it’s been a ridiculous cash-grab. A few years ago I found some great gloves for street hockey online and ordered two pairs valued at about $100 total. When the UPS guy arrived at the door he told me I owed $70 in brokerage fees.
That’s right, the shipping costs had been paid already. UPS got their money for what they do and had not told their customer about any additional costs, nor had they contacted me in advance about it. They bring the shipment right to you, wave it under your nose and then tell you about the additional fee which amounts to a ransom.
A few weeks back we had a warranty replacement for our notebook’s battery get shipped to us. The value was declared at $93 though we didn’t have to pay any of that, and shipping was covered by the manufacturer. Mel handled the warranty call so I didn’t know much about it. Imagine my surprise when the UPS guy shows up at the door with our supposedly free-and-paid-for battery and demands a $55 brokerage fee. I was flabbergasted but had no clue if we’d be able to ever get it without paying it so I handed over my credit card.
Never again.
I’ve had shipments come from the US from other companies such as FedEx and no such additional fee has ever been charged. UPS should be avoided like the plague for cross-border shipments. This fee is atrocious and they should be ashamed at themselves for bilking the recipients and for misleading their customers who think the shipping fee they’ve paid covers everything.
Screw you UPS, you’ve delivered your last package to my door. I invite everyone else to join in and boycott UPS for doing this crap.
Here’s a site that agrees with me. Funny that the messages that defend UPS are all people supporting the drivers and not this gouge policy. For the record, the UPS guys have all been polite and professional and it wasn’t their idea (as far as I know) to try to rip me off. I’m still boycotting them because of their bosses.

UPS Sucks Dog Ass…end of story. They beat my Schwinn Stingray to a bloody pulp (including leaving it in the rain) and are now stalling on paying out on the claim. It was “insured” for $350.00 and was packed and sent by a professional bike shop. It’s plainly obvious that it was severely mishandled and neglected beyond fucking belief. See my “delivery” photos…
http://sneepy.tumblr.com/post/11580330
I will never, ever, EVER use, send, or accept anything even touched by UPS…they demolish everything they get their rude, barbaric, retarded hands on, and then blame you for doing a lousy packaging job. They blame packaging instead of their godawful employees purposfully destroying the property of others. There’s even a forum (United Package Smashers)where a bunch of nasty mouthed UPS bullies gang up on poor victims and say crap like, “Yeah, we see your FRAGILE note written on the box, and kick the fucking thing that much harder”. Every time I see a “Brown” truck, I want to jump the driver and gouge his goddamn eyes out.

Unbelievable I tell you. UPS is by far the worst delivery service I have ever had. FEDEX’s tracking is pin point and extremely accurate. UPS’s sucks! Can you imagine getting a package that is only about 200 miles away from you home in 15 business days??? Not only that the tracking thingy that is available at their website has not been updated since they receive the package from the seller.
I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN!
I review games and get a ton of packages sadly the publishers choose the shipping not me. I get games that were shipped 3 days max and I am happy if I get them 14 days later. I just bought a PS3 as a gift and was marked as such asI didn’t want the person to have to pay for his present will ups charged over $150 for a present marked gift. UPS BLOWS I will only ask for FEDEX or DHL or any other service.
Here’s a personal update to my own blog post: My wife ordered some shoes on Ebay that ended up costing $70. She told the seller that she didn’t want it sent UPS and that regular post would be just fine. Unfortunately the seller didn’t send right away so to make it up to her she “upgraded” her to UPS shipping for free.
Yeah, right. It’s not her fault, but I think we all know where this is heading…
The package arrives at the door and sure enough for a $70 pair of shoes they want $29.55 in brokerage fees!!! There was another $9 or so for GST. I told the driver that charge was outrageous and an insult and I wasn’t paying it but that I wasn’t refusing delivery. I told him I’d pay the GST charge, but not the extortion/brokerage. He said all he could do was return the package to UPS at the airport and my wife could talk to them about it.
She did, and spent an hour and twenty minutes on their support phone line, making her way for CSR (Customer Support Representative) to Supervisor and back again. She’s a support Supervisor herself and knew exactly what she was doing.
The highest supervisor she talked to told her that they didn’t give out refunds on brokerage, and she got him to admit that the truth was that they don’t give out refunds ANY MORE — he admitted it with a nervous laugh and refusal to answer directly.
UPS will give you credit on your UPS shipping account if you complain about brokerage enough. All Mel could get from this was a $40 credit on a new UPS account they created for us, which made me furious and wish I had been there to yell at them. There’s now way I’m using that credit.
She informed the Ebay seller she got her package and warned her about UPS’s brokerage scam when shipping from the US to Canada and they immediately — and without being asked — credited our Paypal back the full $29.55 that UPS charged us. Ebay sellers rock. UPS SUCKS.
US Ebay Sellers: DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA USING UPS!
I was laughing my ass off at every one of you suckers up until two days ago. This is first time im using UPS and its gonna be the fucking last. On the 1st of nov. I come home from work to see a message in the mailbox. Sure enough after waiting a month for my PDA its finally here. Or so did I think. Next day I ran home early to catch the fucker before he leaves again. So I left at noon and waited the rest of the day up until I lost my patience and called UPS. Lame menopausal voice told me that “I” requested the package to be held at a “near by” UPS storage. The damn storage was a 45min away. I told her WTF! I never even talked to anyone about the storage, I work all day long, I dont have time for this shit. Sure enought the next day I got off work early ageing and drove all the way over there just to be handed over a 90 dollar bill. My fucking jaw dropped. I told her im not paying for this nonsense. And what did she do, she took it back and said “you dont pay, you dont get it, we’ll ship it back”. What could I do, I handed the cash and little dignity I had left, to get my fucking phone, only to find the the screen all busted, along with the rest of the accessories.
How these people stay in business is beyond me. I lost a day of work , paid 90 dollars for bullshit and wasted my gas because of their mental retardation.
I can sum up the story with 5 words ” I got fucked by UPS”.
FUCK YOU UPS , I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL , FUCKING COCKSUCKERS.
Hi everyone, until two months ago ups worked for me flawlessly but since September nothjing they did for me worked at all, here is what i had to say about it:
“Dear people:
I am getting tired o fetching my packages elsewhere but my address.
There has to be a new guy delivering because this never happened before.
Even though my name, address and apartment number are on the packages: YOU KEEP DELIVERING ALL THE PACKAGES COMING TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AT THE MANAGERS OFFICE !!!!
Sometimes valuable pieces of electronic equipment and the likes of it are being dumped in this office, in a corner on the floor up for the taking. and by the way nobody is signing receipt and never mind going to your sophisticated tracking system, it will show the packages still “on transit” .
All the secure online shopping is defeated by your employees laziness and mediocrity, better check who is training your crew because they are the weakest link and they are letting everyone down: Your team, the companies depending on you to make their deliveries and ultimately all the people that are paying to make it all happen.
Guillermo Estrada
P.S. You can lie to a single person for a long time or you can lie to everyone for one moment, but you cannot lie to everyone all the time.”
And for the ups drivers that are taking shortcuts: It takes a lot people to keep a thousand heads of cattle together, to stampede them all you need is a guy falling asleep on the saddle.
Oh I hate those UPS bastards! It’s the brokerage fees that kill me. I’ve had eBay parcels show up at the door (always days later than promised) and the UPS guy wanting as much as $150.00. One time a UPS lady delivered an item and my wife answered the door. The bullshit brokerage fee was 30.00 and my wife said she didn’t have any way to pay. The UPS lady said,”No problem, UPS will send you a bill later.” and she smiled and left the package. Well I got the bill a month later and it found it’s way to the shredder faster than UPS can smash a parcel. UP THEIRS!!! I hate the fuckers!!
http://www.poynerbaxter.com/UPS.htm
There’s a Vancouver based law firm filing a Class Action lawsuit against UPS for their outrageous brokerage fees.
I worked around getting over $50 in brokerage on an expensive items shipped via UPS by acting as my own broker. It took about an hour of my time with travel time, but basically, showed up at the UPS warehouse at the Airport, grabbed some documents, went to the Customs agency across the way from the airport (3 min drive) and went through customs with the documentation and paid my taxes and duty. Came back and picked it up from UPS with no additional fees.
It was extra work, but it certainly felt good to stick it to UPS for that $50 that they wanted to scam off of me.
Thanks to all! I don’t feel alone. UPS SUCKS, SUCKS and SUCKS. AS someone said, the US POstal Service is much better. I’ve been waiting for hours for two different packages and the driver ran off the street so when I called customer service, where no one had a clue as to how to satisfy an unhappy customer, they said he tried to deliver the packages but no one was home! THEY NEVER LEFT THE FRICKING NOTIFICATION! DAMN THEM! Their website said the packages arrived on December 13th and as of the 18th I still haven’t received them. Then I requested delivery to my office, but I’ll have to wait 2 more days because I called after 7pm. That is B.S. I hope UPS files for Chapter 7! On the other hand, I requested someone to ship me a package using FEDEX next day service at 4pm, and I had my packacge delivered before noon next day. THAT is Good Service! Thanks FEDEX for letting me have hopes on private shipping companies.
UPS can destroy anything. I ordered a safe from a large supplier (homak) and it was shipped via ups by them. 10 days after it was scheduled to arrive I returned home to find it on my doorstep. It looked like they had tied a rope around it and towed it behind the truck halfway across the country. The box was so damaged that I was able to remove it by sticking 1 finger into ONE of the holes and pulling slightly, with this the entire thing collapsed. The corners of the safe (all of them) were crushed, mind you this is not a delicate item, it’s a SAFE – 1/4″ plate steel !!! I don’t know how they managed to crush a corner made of 1/4″ thick plate steel maybe forklift polo or something. Unbelievable. I called to have them pick it up and replace it and they said they would. The next evening it was gone and a pick up ticket was in its place, now they say they never picked it up even though I have there ticket confirming that they did. Douglas Adams must have modeled his “Vogons” after these people.
Thank you, UPS for running over my package with your forklifts and other heavy machinery. The tire marks were a nice addition to the aesthetics of the torn, soggy, crushed box. I only hope that the delicate nature of my parcel did not cause your employees any trouble in the game of forklift hockey that they played with it. What was the final score ? I only ask so that I might take some solace in my fragile and irreplaceable items playing an important role in their glorious victory as I attempt to piece the remaining contents back together. Thank you UPS, I sometimes wonder why you bother to deliver them at all. It would certainly require less infrastructure to simply destroy them on site. In fact, perhaps you could merge with “Waste Management” and simply place all the packages directly in a landfill, rather than wasting the time and resources dragging them all over the continent to be destroyed.
I waited today for UPS to delivery my package today (per their scheduling). I sat around waiting for my doorbell to ring. Just now I heard a truck leaving, which turned out to be a UPS truck. And sure enough a slip was left on my gate, but the bell never rang!!! Do UPS people think I’m psychic or something? How the hell am I supposed to know they’re here to deliver when they don’t ring the bell??? What pisses me is that this is like the 4th time their stupid driver is like this.

If you haven’t joined, DO SO NOW
I work at UPS in the International department in Southern California and I have to say I would never use UPS to deliver my package either.
Of course I work for a shipping company during the day and UPS at night so during the day I know the tricks of sending a package to other countries such as Canada without the customer receiving any extra fees. It sucks that UPS corners people to paying great amounts of fees when all their employees are underpaid. Not to mention “Fragile” means nothing to UPS.
Thats why I use FedEx to deliver my packages to my house.
And to the response before mine; if you have a gate drivers will usually not go in unless noted. Its lame I know.
Just so you know most of the management at UPS are just promoted package handlers( a job a monkey can do). Dont expect much from them!
Bye!
I agree UPS sucks big time! I purchased a gift from a U.S. company for a friend in Canada. Well, it made it up from the States no problem, but as soon as it got to Winnipeg (horrible piece of shit city by the way DON’T EVER go there unless you are armed to the teeth), they friggin’ held it for payment, then sent it back down to L.A.! Here I am tracking this package and see how it went back down to L.A. because of some payment that wasn’t received while in customs in shithole Winnipeg. Well, I was not notified of such payment, so needless to say, I felt helpless tracking this thing and trying to figure out what the heck was going on. So fast forward a couple of days and it makes it’s way back to Winnipeg, then the information says that it is going to be accepted by the Receiver (which is my friend in Regina) upon payment. So I called the idiots at UPS and said, “What damn payment are you talking about?” and they said a customs payment of an additional $20.00, which my friend has to now pay when he gets this birthday gift, how friggin’ nice is that! This is on top of the $15.00 shipping charge I had to pay initially when purchasing the item. So not only does UPS suck but so does Canada “Communist” Customs!!!!!
UPS has screwed me repeatedly. Last week UPS lied to me on the phone, point blank, repeatedly, leaving me waiting for over 5 hours for a delivery, and then delivered the very expensive package obviously damaged – huge gash in the side, and top crushed in when the box had large bright orange “fragile” and “don’t stack” stickers on all sides. Two weeks ago, they had me waiting well over 10 full hours for a pickup, missing their already hours long appointment window by almost 7 hours, with 4 calls in the meantime, each time saying the driver would be here in a few minutes.
Another prime example of how UPS is morally corrupt and deserves to go bankrupt:
I received a package COD using UPS a few years ago. I paid by money order. A few months later, without so much as a courtesy call or letter in the interim, I got a note from a collection agency for UPS as though I had not paid for the package, threatening to ruin my credit if I did not pay again immediately for the same package. When I reminded them that, yes, I did pay, obviously, or the driver would not have released the COD package, they admitted that they lost my money order, but then demanded that I go get another one on my own time and dime – i.e., that I should go spend an hour or more going to the post office to get a money order to replace the one they lost, and that if they subsequently found and cashed the old one, which *I* would be liable to the post office for after a replacement, I could ask them for the money back (yeah, right) and sue if they didn’t pay.
This was a flagrant violation of the fair debt collection practices act among other things, and if I knew then what I know now, I’d have sued them right then.
For the rest of you, I strongly recommend taking them to small claims court at every opportunity. If ever a company needed to be sued out of existence, it’s UPS.
And for the UPS employees, I and millions of other people hope every single one of you loses your job and becomes unemployable for having worked for such an abominably run, lying, cheating and stealing organization. Bastards.
I ordered a mini computer from the States and the seller used UPS, ultimate piece of shit. The package was supposed to be in my hand 3 to 5 days of shippments and surprise surprise, not package yet.I used my office address since they don’t want to wait for me to get home from work (which is less than 5 mins away). I specifically stated that the reception is on the 9th floor of my work. I have seen couriers go in and out of the reception area all the time and yet UPS put a comment on the tracking saying that they needed a suite number. Are they just being dumb or are they lying because they did not meet their dead lines? There is no suite numbers since 9th floor and majority of the building is occupied by the same company and I have already called several times to confirmed the address. When I called back, they put on the tracking as having the wrong address when I did not even change the address. They are such liers. Next time I buy my things online, I will not buy things from companies that only ship with UPS.
UPS manages to screw up every time. USPS or FedEx is way better in every way…why do companies insist on using this piece of shit company to deliver their goods. Awful service,
UPS JUST PLAIN SUCKS. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR LOUSY SERVICE PERIOD!!!!!!!!!11
I know this blog and the responses goes back several years, and I am in no way defending UPS’s practices. I have been a UPS shipping manager for more than 30 years, and I’ll be the first to tell you UPS is no friend of business or consumers. The company is run by “industrial engineers” and accountants. Having stated my view of the company, let me offer some advice about international shipments, of which I have handled thousands in my career.
My last employer frequently shipped good to consumers in Canada and NONE were delivered with a brokerage fee. That’s because I had set up a brokerage account with a third party company to clear all of our shipments. The cost of the brokerage was somewhat less than UPS’s in-house brokerage, but it was still a cost nonetheless. My company had a special checkout for Canadian customers and it was there the cost of shipping and brokerage was added to the customer’s final charges so there would be no surprises. The consumer still had an opportunity to cancel the order.
UPS, Fedex and DHL all have in-house brokerages that will clear a shipment. The fees are charged back to the recipient because the shipping organization doesn’t know how to handle this type of charge, or they have decided to let the customer pay for it. Most US-based e-commerce sites I’ve seen clearly state there will be additional landed charges for international customers.
Remember that customs costs and clearance regulations are a function of your government, not of the private carriers. They don’t just make this thing up, they have rules that must be followed and governments have decided this is nice way to raise more money. You may not like the charges for this service; as a shipping manager I hated them too. But they exist because people have to be employed to deal with the regulations and taxing authorities and the only way to avoid them is to not buy internationally or be prepared for such charges.
International consumer shipments are a tiny fraction of all cross-border shipping. Be upset and yell all you want, but the responsibility for determining these charges lies with the merchant or shipper, not the carrier. Yell at the merchant and shop elsewhere. Better yet, go after your government to reduce the taxes and the regulations.
It isn’t that there’s a brokerage fee at all, but that UPS charges a brokerage fee based on a percentage (a large one) of the declared item’s value.
FedEx charges a flat rate, which if I recall is close to eight dollars. On my purchases of around $100 or so UPS charged me upwards of $70, and refused to deliver had I not paid it. It’s extortion, a hidden fee, and outright despicable.
And yes, you can set up an alternate brokerage company. UPS doesn’t tell you this, they don’t ask the shipping company about this, they simply keep their mouth shut and hope to extort additional money from the receiver when their item is at the door and they have no other choice.
Same shit with me, I am aware of the customs fees in my country (Mexico) if you buy something from another country but here goes my story:
I purchased a Hard drive in The US and took it to Mexico with me, 3 months later it died (a maxtor what a surprise!) so I was told by Seagate to return it to some location in the US and they would send me another one. I did that my hard drive was delivered to them in 3 days and they sent me another one that was supposed to arrive in my home in 3 days according to ups tracking system.
In the third day the tracking system said my hard drive just crossed to Mexico and was in a city about 90 miles from my home so I thought it was a matter of hours to get it in my door.
3 days later I never received anything not even a phone call and the tracking system showed it was still in the same place so I called them to ask what was going on and they asked me how the package was sent from Mexico to the US in first place?, I was like what the Fu*k, I sent the package trough them and they didn’t know that. They told me the package had to have been sent to the US with something like temporal export so I didn’t have to pay customs fees now that it’s coming back. So why in the holy crap UPS never told me to do so in the FIRST PLACE, it’s not like if I worked in a customs office to know that. And besides that if that item left Mexico to the US and then is coming back why do I have to import it if it was already in Mexico (This is more a Mexico customs policy, I know).
My concern is why they didn’t ask me to to that temporal export.
Also I want to say that I first tried to send it with DHL but they told me it couldn’t be sent because the US had some policy that any item made in China can not enter the US.
Thanks United piece of shit
UPS hasn’t delivered my stuff… It’s been 2 months and nobody knows what’s going on: http://www.felipecoimbra.com/2008/11/04/how-long-does-it-take-up-to-deliver-a-package-2-months/
I avoid UPS any time I can. I hate working with them. I’ve had several bad experiences (most similar to the one below), but one always remains in my mind.
I ordered a MP3 player from Amazon. I paid for overnight shipping, meaning I’d have it by Monday. It ships out and on Monday morning, UPS.com claims it’s out for delivery. I go about my business.
Later I go on the site to find that it now says “left at facility”. Obviously this wasn’t discovered until later in the day, I assume when they tried to deliver it. So that’s that.
I purposely paid for overnight because I would be home on Monday. Tuesday is the next attempt and I knew I would not be home all day. I call and try to change the delivery address to my girlfriend’s work. They won’t do it because there was not an “attempted” delivery. This alone annoyed me. You tried to deliver it and you FORGOT it. How is that not an attempt?
So whatever, I blow it off and wait for the next day. I see on the site that it’s out for delivery and I go out, hoping I will be home before they attempt to deliver it. I come home, see there’s no note or package and check out the site. Again it claims it’s forgotten on the truck. I have to leave again at this point.
When I come back home I call UPS and again ask to change where the item is being delivered. I tell the woman on the line that it’s been forgotten twice already now. She then informs me that the site does not say that, it’s now claiming they attempted to deliver it. This is not what it said a mere two hours before and there still was no sticky note left anywhere on the apartment entrance.
So whatever, now that they attempted I can change the address. That’s great, I’m actually happy about this because I’ve just been excited about my MP3 player. What pissed me off (and why I’ve led into it with this long story) is that she accused me of lying about the whole situation. Outright ACCUSED me of it, point blank. This wasn’t just me inferring something from her general horrible attitude toward me. I should add that I’m extremely good at not getting worked up over something and letting it affect my attitude toward people. The woman was simply just rude.
I paid overnight fees and got my package nearly a week later because of their general incompetence. I was unable to get that fee refunded since it’s not really guaranteed. I could get over this, but I hate being treated like a liar or a criminal. I stop working with any company at that point.
But beyond this, I love how they seemingly randomly decide which of their own rules to follow. I have stuff left at the door that I should sign for constantly, often just out in the sidewalk of an apartment building.
But I suppose what’s most frustrating is that an item can go out for delivery as early as 4 in the morning and still not be delivered to me until (literally) 8:30 PM. If that package is important and I have to sign for it, that’s a big deal to me. They hold the entire day ransom and I can’t figure out why. FedEx is capable of giving an actual estimated time. At least let me know if it’ll be the morning, afternoon or night. Even UPS will write an estimated time on the sticker they stick on my door after their attempt.
I gladly pay more for other carriers if there’s an option, although UPS is frequently not the cheapest.
The whole Canadian surcharge thing is just insane, though.
I don’t like the attitude of some UPS drivers. One of them goes to lunch at the same buffet I do, and whenever I discuss business, like asking him if he can pick up a package I’ve already labeled and brought with me in my car, he says “This is my lunch hour, and according to the Teamsters I’m not supposed to even touch a package. Go to the UPS store down the road.” That’s utter BS. He’s just lazy. I could personally hand the items to him at his truck, but he’s unwilling to accept that even after his lunch. He also hides in an obscure corner of the restaurant, so that no-one can see him. It sounds like he doesn’t like his job and will only do the minimum it takes to keep it.
To be fair, it *is* his lunch hour, and I believe him when he says his union says he’s not supposed to touch packages.
And don’t take this the wrong way, but I think approaching him on his personal time with a request like that is a bit rude, as is being annoyed at his response. It’s not his job to pick up random packages — all delivery companies have strict rules as to how they take and deliver them.
funny, i order 100-200 dollar items from B&H photo in NY state on a regular basis and the ONLY charges i see on the bill i have to pay when UPS brings my items to my door are the GOVERNMENT DUTIES AND TAXES. Any item marked with a cash value even if being credited to the recipient by sender is subject to GST and if coming into Ontario PST. Then there are IMPORT duties on certain items which are a different thing than PST/GST. UPS has yet to charge me more than a few dollars (a percentage of total taxes/duties).
You’ve been lucky. I’ve certainly had deliveries where they didn’t charge the “brokerage fee”, and that just makes this cash-grab all the more questionable.
i am a ups worker and was in IRAQ the past year,,,,i went back to work and on my first pay check back UPS took ALL the money that i did not pay weekly health ins. all at once ,,, they took 736.30 from my pay and left with only 104.00
UPS missed their delivery date today after having me call every day for a status update since the last cross-border update on the UPS Online Tracking Tool was “IMPORT SCAN” for the last 4 days. Guess what they put as today’s status? The super “THE RECEIVER REQUESTED A HOLD FOR A FUTURE DELIVERY DATE” which is a blatant lie: I WANT MY GEAR ASAP! Why would anyone request a later delivery date? Anyway, I guess it’s an easy way to say they deliver on time if they can blame the lateness on the client.
Here’s hoping it comes in on Monday…

UPS left my new $1,000 laptop and printer outside in my backyard for 4 days when I was gone for the weekend. Fortunately it wasn’t stolen or damaged by the rain.
I called them to log a complaint but was advised that they don’t handle complaints. I guess that they just turn a blind eye to their poor services.
Down with Brown!!!!!
Boycott UPS.
Boycott Ebay sellers who use UPS as sole shipping method.
I’m surprised that UPS is still in business with the level of poor service and exorbitant brokerage fees they charge to the average person. Not only that, they seem to always to try to deliver packages to personal residences when most people are a work. Does it really take that much common sense to schedule residential deliveries later in the afternoon or early evening when most people are home? Is the courier business as complicated as “say”, Neurosurgery?
I just wish that more US companies would use someone else to ship there goods by and give us poor Canadian customers a break when it comes to our pocketbooks and patience. Maybe then Brown would smarten up; alas, probably not.
DOWN WITH BROWN!!!!
Boycott UPS!!!! It what I’m doing every time I ordered something, my first question to sellers is: What company are you use for shipment? If the say: UPS, – forget about, I never use any company who make ship by UPS. After several problem with Customer Service, all the time when crossed board, they overcharge “custom fee”… Actually guys look at color of their uniform: BROWN , I’m sorry, but it is color of shit… Even color of their uniform show quality of service they are provide. UPS only care about shipper, but spit on receivers. The worst service I seen around.
UPS – suck! Boycott UPS!!!
last wednesday our driver ran over and killed my 5 year old boxer, on our property, inside his invisible fence, in our driveway. after running him over, the driver let him suffer and die, drove away, then later called his supervisor to tell him what he did. In order to prevent me driving home after work with my 3 young children and finding our dead pet in our driveway, the supervisor came back, took my dogs body to the humane society and NEVER CONTACTED US! after frantic searching for days, a neighbor clued us in and i was able to retrieve my dogs dead body for burial. To date, the driver had had no accountability and the ups insurance company said since we didnt have his pedigree or proof of the purchase amount of our dog, they will have to decide what to award us. hows that for screwed up?

I will do my best to avoid UPS for the rest of my life. In single one month, I experienced package loss, insufficient refund, damaged package, plus wrong bill. UPS is really a company deserving bankcrupcy! What the heck are they doing???
fuck ups fuck them all
