Medifast Progress

I’m at day 30 now and I’m just over 22 lbs (10 kg) lighter than I was when I started. I’ve been keeping track of both my weight and body fat percentage (we have a nifty scale that shows both after you input your sex, height and age):

The body fat readings waver, I’m guessing because it simply isn’t all that accurate, but you can see the definite strong progression downwards. I had planned to do this for two months but with the predictions from Excel I’m going to do a third month. Mel is so impressed she’s going to join me and do 6 weeks herself.

The two odd fluctuations in the chart represent the days following me playing road hockey. Medifast warns that you should avoid intense exercise, but I’m not giving up hockey. It has hurt the weight loss a bit, but I’m probably healthier.
