		<description>This is why Rob rocks - I also find the gift of a dying plant symbolically unpleasant as a representation of love, and this V-day he got me a living miniature rose plant.  It's budding as we speak, and assuming I can take care of it will live on happily.  I think this was a great idea.  :)</description>

		<description>She wants flowers, but not in honour of the day.  I don't get them for her any other day, so why yesterday?

For those not in the know, I see the gift of flowers as a symbol not so much a gift of much value.  And as a symbol of love, flowers suck.  They die, quickly.  That doesn't fit for how I feel about Mel.</description>
