		<description>haha i'm so with you on that one. alot of time you will see people in the gym that are more likely to hurt themselves than get a work out. I have done Body for Life aswell.. well kind of i built my own routine out of what i read modified it for endurance. I can't be too bulky since i have to drag myself up and over rocks :) alittle will power and a routine can work wonders all it takes is alittle dedication and we arent all that busy to set aside an hour of our day to better ourselves. Its amazing the self esteem you can gain by feeling good about your body.</description>
