Danke means “thank you” in German, and I think “Danke shoen” means thank you very much though I couldn’t confirm with bablefish.
for what it is worth, Babel fish translated Danke Schoen as “thank you beautifully” so i am think it was to be thank you, beautiful as in thank you, you big beautiful woman, you or thank you, lovely lady
