first. I tend to get a lot of questions whose answer is somewhere here, even if I'm not
sure exactly where. I set up the search engine just so you can
find the answer yourself. If you can't find what you're
looking for, chances are I won't know about it either, but you can
ask anyway.

I don't know everything that's on here. Some of it I haven't read for years (!) and though

Remember when I said I won't forward email to Neil? I
mean it. This page is meant to make you not email
me saying "I know you normally don't forward email to Neil,
